Increase of the funding ceilings for the operationalisation of investments in the National Network for Integrated Continuing Care and the National Palliative Care Network, provided for in the RRP

A Ministerial Implementing Order No 316/2024/1, of 6 December, amends for the second time Ministerial Implementing Order No 134-A/2022 of 30 March 2022 approving the Regulation on the allocation of financial support for the implementation of investments in the National Network for Integrated Continuing Care and the National Palliative Care Network provided for in the Recovery and Resilience Plan.

If there is a need to further update the funding ceilings, this Order allows an increase of up to 15% of those ceilings, by reasoned decision of the Central Administration of the Health System, I.P. (ACSS, I.P.).

To this end, the beneficiary must substantiate the need to increase the financial support in relation to the average market values.
