Opening of tenders under Component 03 – Social Responses of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP)

The Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) for Portugal is one of the main instruments for implementing the Portugal 2030 Strategy, containing a set of reforms and investments aimed at strengthening Portugal’s economic recovery following the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The plan accelerates convergence with the European Union by fostering a less unequal society with more and better jobs and a greener, more digital and competitive economy.

Component 03 – Social Responses of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) aims to strengthen, adapt, reskill and innovate social responses aimed at children, older people, persons with disabilities or disabilities and families, with a view to promoting birth, active and healthy ageing, inclusion and promotion of autonomy and reconciliation of work and personal and family life, and social and territorial cohesion. It is also intended to promote an integrated intervention in disadvantaged communities, with a view to combating poverty.
