  • Decree-Law No 136/2023 of 29 December 2023 - Approves the simplification of the modification of social equipment projects financed by the PARES and PRR programmes. Proceeds to the 4th amendment of Decree-Law No. 64/2007, of 14 March, which defines the regime of installation, operation and supervision of establishments in which support services are provided to people and families, directed to children and young people, elderly people, persons with disabilities and vulnerable persons.

  • Ministerial Implementing Order No 39/2022 of 17 January 2022 - Approves the fees applicable to the procedure for authorising the operation of social responses and the respective form of communication.
  • Decree-Law No 126-A/2021 of 31 December 2021 - Amended Decree-Law No 64/2007 of 14 March 2007, which establishes the system for the installation, operation and supervision of social support establishments and establishes prior notification as a form of operating authorisation.
  • Decree-Law No 33/2014 of 4 March 2014 - Proceeds to the second amendment to Decree-Law No 64/2007 of 14 March 2007, amended and republished by Decree-Law No 99/2011 of 28 September 2011, which defines the legal regime for the installation, operation and supervision of social support establishments managed by private entities, establishing the respective administrative offence regime.
