The process of updating the information included in the Social Charter is set out in the Order of the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security (MTSSS), and powers are conferred on the Strategy and Planning Office (GEP) of the MTSSS and the Social Security Institute (ISS, IP). The updating process also counts on the collaboration of Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa (SCML), Casa Pia de Lisboa (CPL, IP) and the entities that develop social responses within the scope of the Network of Services and Equipment.
