How it is updated

The update of the information contained in the Social Charter consists of a dynamic online process, based on the participation of entities that develop social responses within the scope of the Network of Services and Equipment and on the collaboration of Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa and Casa Pia de Lisboa. The details for each entity are updated annually during the month of January, with reference to 31 December of the previous year.

Given the volume of existing social services and facilities and the fact that the Social Charter does not constitute a cadastral register of them, the updating methodology adopted may lead to possible discrepancies between the data made available and the existing universe, so this constraint should be taken into account in the consultation and analysis of information.
