Innovative Projects SAD + Health - Publication of final results
The final results of the applications submitted under the Notice for the conclusion of innovative cooperation protocols are published on the Direct Social Security portal, as part of the pilot projects of the Home Support Service SAD+Health, an integrated home-based response with the aim of ensuring the articulated provision of social support and health care, focused on the person and oriented towards staying at home in conditions of dignity, safety and well-being.
The Notice of Application was published on 7 November 2025, following Ordinance No. º 324/2025/1, of 3 October, with an overall budget allocation of EUR 1 501 916.04, intended for the creation and implementation of innovative pilot projects of Home Support Service within the framework of the SAD+Health response.
