Call for Tender Notice N.º 19/C03-i01/2026 - Purchase of Mobile Equipment

Under Component 03 – Social Responses, investment RE-C03-i01 – New Generation of Equipment and Social Responses, of the Recovery and Resilience Programme (RRP), measure C03-i01-m01 – Requalification and Extension of the Network of Equipment and Social Responses, aims to modernise and extend the network of social support services in order to create more efficient methods of service delivery, achieve greater territorial coverage at national level and improve the working conditions of professionals in these structures and the quality of care provided to users.
In this context, Call (AAC) N.º 19/C03-I01/2026 - Requalification and Extension of the Network of Equipment and Social Responses opens a phase for the submission of applications for the purchase of mobile equipment.
This notice is intended solely and exclusively for final beneficiaries who have concluded a Financial Participation Contract, whose investment projects are being implemented, with a consignment note dated before 1 March 2026, in measure RE-C03-i01.m01 – Requalification and extension of the network of social equipment and responses of the RRP, namely in Notice N.º 15/C03-i01/2025 and included in the additional allocation provided for in point 12.7 of Notice N.º 02/C03-i01/2021 – 7ª republication of 30/05/2025, with intervention in the contractual social responses:
• Residential Structure for the Elderly (ERPI); • Day Centre; • Centre for Activities and Empowerment for Inclusion (CACI).
It aims to finance the acquisition of mobile equipment, which is clearly necessary for the functioning of social responses, favouring the effective improvement of the installation conditions, safety and comfort of users in these responses and whose requalification and extension integrated these investments, in the strict number of posts effectively financed.
