Social Charter - Update of information until 31 January 2025

The process of updating the information in the Social Charter, by reference to the situation as at 31 December 2024. The updating of the information contained in the Social Charter is a process based on involvement of entities developing social responses. As in previous years, access to the platform made available and its access codes should be used.

The update has a deadline 31 January 2025It is suggested to avoid the end of this period in order to prevent possible blockages of the IT system due to overloading.

It is recalled that similarly to the social responses that make up the Network of Social Services and Equipment (RSES), the response of Pre-School Education, Integrated Continuing Care Units and Teams, as well as the elements related to Food Aid to the Deprived of the Operational Programme for Support to the Most Deprived (POAPMC) are also updated in the Social Charter. In 2024, the social response of the Independent Living Support Service (SAVI), established under the Independent Living Support Model (MAVI), was integrated and can also already be updated in the Social Charter.

We would also inform you that, in the context of the process of transferring competences from social action to local authorities, it was considered necessary to adapt the information contained in the Social Charter to this new reality, in order to ensure the follow-up of the Social Care and Follow-up Service, maintaining the need to update this response.
